Mango Chili Salsa

A little sweet and spicy. This is the perfect amount of heat to spice up your chicken sandwich!

Ingredients:

1 large Mango (diced)
1 Tomato (diced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1/2 Red Onion (diced)
Juice of 1 Lime (~3 tbsp)
1/2 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped or 2 TBSP dried
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. Combine diced Mangos, Tomato, Red Bell Pepper, and Red Onion in a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, cilantro, chili Powder, ginger powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to help the flavors combine.
